A and D Arabians is a small breeding farm located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains approximately one hour east of Sacramento, California.  The concentration in our breeding program  is on Ansata Halim Shah primarily through the great stallions Al Adeed Al Shaqab and Ansata Hejazi.  Our mares consist of NF Bint Sajha (Ansata Hejazi x JO Sajha) and Ansata  Omniya (Ansata Iemhotep x Ansata Omari).  Our newest additions are the fillies Hejazia (Laheeb Al Nasser x NF Bint Sajha) and Omitu (Shihaab x Ansata Omniya). 

Our future star and herd sire is the fabulous Kamal Ibn Adeed (Al Adeed Al Shaqab x NF Bint Sajha) who is becoming known in the international world of Arabian horses.  His performance at the 2010 Egyptian Event brought comments throughout the show about what a "special colt" he was and accolades to us from around the world.

 

Update....

With the recent changes at Al Rayyan Farm we will not be sending Kamal to stand at Al Rayyan Farm in Qatar for three years, as previously planned.  Although disappointed, we are excited to announce that Kamal will be standing at Byatt Arabians in 2012.  We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with Michael and his capable  and caring staff, and we know that Kamal will be treated well by all at Byatt Arabians. .
